Dr. Eun-Joo Ahn, a member of the Asian Americans and STEM initiative, recently published an article titled “Re-remembering Benjamin Whisoh Lee, promoter of gauge theories” on Physics Today! On the next date of its publication, it is featured on the Physics Today’s homepage as well!
It traces Benjamin Whisoh Lee (also known as Ben Lee; 1935 - 1977), a Korean American theoretical physicist, his life in Korea and the U.S., and his work on the the renormalization of the electro-weak model and gauge theories.
